On 5 October 2026, the China Anti-Doping Agency (CHINADA) and Anti-Doping Singapore (ADS) signed a three-year Memorandum of  Understanding (MOU) to strengthen cooperation and knowledge sharing in anti-doping, in a shared commitment to safeguarding the health of athletes and the integrity of sport.

The MOU establishes a regular framework for both agencies to deepen exchanges and expand collaboration across five key areas: anti-doping education, doping control, capability development, Intelligence and Investigations (I&I), and Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs). Through this collaboration, ADS and CHINADA will share knowledge, experience and good practices to continuously strengthen their respective anti-doping capabilities.

Under the MOU, the two agencies will exchange and develop anti-doping education content and materials, share expertise and best practices in intelligence and investigations, and exchange knowledge and practices related to TUEs. In doping control, both agencies will share their experience in developing Testing Distribution Plans and may conduct reciprocal testing on athletes under their respective jurisdictions when these athletes are in Singapore or China, subject to applicable laws and guidelines. The MOU will also facilitate capability development and knowledge exchange among personnel through training workshops, study visits and webinars.

As part of its ongoing global engagement, CHINADA works closely with International Federations (IFs), National Anti-Doping Organizations (NADOs), Regional Anti-Doping Organizations (RADOs) and other stakeholders worldwide on anti-doping efforts in both routine operations and major events. Building on the MOU with Anti-Doping Singapore, CHINADA will continue to deepen exchanges and practical cooperation with international partners, working collectively to safeguard clean sport.
